Need help with Beacon? Email support@beaconcoach.app. Please include the email address on your Beacon account, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Beacon is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or may harm yourself or someone else, call your local emergency number now. In the United States, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or use 988 Lifeline chat.
Account help
If you cannot sign in, first try the password reset or verification email options in Beacon. If those do not work, contact support from the email address linked to your Beacon account where possible.
You can request account deletion in the Beacon app from Account settings. If you cannot access the app, email support and include the account email you want deleted.
Subscriptions and billing
Beacon subscriptions are processed through the App Store. You can restore purchases inside Beacon from Account settings or from the onboarding paywall. You can manage or cancel an active App Store subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Deleting your Beacon account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription separately through Apple if you no longer want it to renew.
Privacy requests
For privacy requests, email support@beaconcoach.app with the subject line "Privacy Request". Depending on your request, we may need to verify that you control the Beacon account before taking action.

Community safety and moderation
Beacon includes report and block tools for community posts, shared reframes, and circle messages. Reports are reviewed through Beacon's moderation process. If you believe there is an urgent safety issue or abuse pattern, email support with as much context as you can safely share.
